I recently had a great stay at a charming hotel in the heart of a historical city center. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling streets and attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure a warm welcome. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee, which was available all day long. The rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the huge bathtub in the bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day off right.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I couldn't find any fault during my stay.

The staff is nice, rooms new and clean
No desk in the room to work with computer, sunlight on my room since 6 am, curtain not enough to protect from it, I had to sleep with eye cover. TV with poor international channels.

The hotel is located in the historical city center. The rooms are very clean and good furnitured. Very nice and polite staff offered even some coffee and sandwiches after we had arrived around 0:00. The staff provides on request with teeth brush, paste, etc. Warm breakfast buffet is very reach and tasty. There was also a possibility to have a tea/coffee at the lounge whenever we wanted. WLAN was available as stated in Booked.net. City map was also available free of charge upon request.
No really worth to mention here. Some very minor remarks were told to the stuff

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nizhny Novgorod. the location is perfect - just a short walk from the town's pedestrian precinct and the Kremlin. It's also surrounded by a range of eateries offering delicious meals for all budgets. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. And lastly, the rooms were spacious and modern, with all the basic amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Oh, and did I mention the huge bathtub in the room? It was a luxurious treat!
No complaints, everything was top-notch.

First of all I liked very well-mannered and really nice staff, an opportunity to have coffee any time ))))), nice orginized space of common zone, feel like being in your own dining room. Very good. Low price for weekends cause it is usually occupied by managers during the week.

This hotel gives a home feeling, the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet gives the feeling being home. Rooms well maintained, quiet location.
Only negative point the reception is on the second floor and no lift. Entrance not very appealing from the street.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities such as a mini-fridge, hair dryer, and even ironing facilities in the room. The location was perfect, as it was in the center of the historical city, close to many sights, and easy to get around. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and late-night snacks offered by the hotel.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Location of the hotel is near the central street of Nizhniy Novgorod - it is placed just 5 minutes near Bolshaya Pokrovka. It takes approximately 20 minutes to go to Kremlin (however for women it could take longer as it is shopping street as well). So it is best hotel for city trip&business if near your business location. Our room was nice and comfortable and had a great design. Shower room was clean. Breakfast was tasty.
There was a bad sound insulation.

Do not be fooled as you pull up/walk up to this small "boutique" hotel - located on the third floor of a building, it seems not so impressive. But once you walk up the 2 flights, you are greeter by extremely pleasant and helpful hotel staff, who literally provide very personal service. The hotel is also minutes away from the main "drag" for tourists, especially pedestrians as soon after Gorki Square, the street turns into a charming pedestrian only walkway about 1.5 miles in length, ending at the old Kremlin.

Great location just minutes away from the main street and a short walk to the main attractions. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooms were modern and clean.
There was no elevator, which made it difficult to reach the rooms on higher floors with luggage. the bathrooms were a bit noisy, which was unpleasant especially at night.
